It seems it is the only good game that has come out recently, though I have not played it yet.

Experimental bugs have escaped from a genetics lab and are causing havoc across the country side. Fortunately, the lab has discovered the sole means of defending the menacing bugs, the spores of a rare mushroom. Using Quadrifidus mushroom spores you must destroy the Bugs-Gone-Wild.
This game isn’t even a challenge till around level 7. Perhaps it was made for someones mom?
Freaking addicting. Comes with XP so people are always playin. Boom, instant match up, and I’m pwning n00bs.
I believe it uses “The Zone” which is now MSN Games. Probably can play online (http://zone.msn.com/en/checkers/default.htm) but it does not show in firefox. Joy.
Yes, Windows XP shipped almost 9 years ago.
Sadly there is no match up feature, at least through XP, so forget about playing with loved ones. Instead you can have fun playing with random chaps from Mexico. I do love the fact that you click on pre-made phrases instead of typing, keeps things nice and clean, like when you use to play with grandma (Though with her I wouldn’t always say King me! at inappropriate times).
Anyways, if you are still on XP (not sure about newer windows) then get in this, it’s good old strategy.
